黑椒猪扒 (Black Pepper Pork Chop)

黑椒味淡淡的。。。小辣椒应该煮个黑椒汁淋在猪扒上,酱看起来比较好看和美味。

材料
(Ingredient)
猪扒 6片 (pork chop - 6)
2大匙 (oil - 2tbsp)

醃料 (Marinade)
李锦记黑椒酱 4大匙 (Lee Kam Kei black pepper sauce - 4tbsp)


做法 (Method)
(1) 猪扒加入腌料拌勻腌隔夜
Mix pork chop with marinade and marinate
over night.

(2) 猪扒拿出来放在室温下
Bring pork chop to room temperature
.

(3) 锅里倒入油,放入猪扒大火煎1分钟,反过来再煎1分钟。然后,小火煎熟。
Pour oil into frying pan
. Add in pork chop. Fry each side about 1 minute each side with high heat. Then fry with low heat until cooked.
