潮洲蒸马友鱼 (Teochew Style Steamed Ma Yu Fish)

材料 (Ingredient)
马友鱼 1条 (Ma Yu fish - 1)
番茄 2粒 (tomato - 2)
豆腐 2块 (bean curd - 2)
咸菜 100g (preserved green mustard - 100g)
姜丝 1大匙 (shredded ginger - 1tbsp)
油 1大匙 (oil - 1tbsp)

调味料 (Seasoning)
盐 1/2小匙 (salt - 1/2tsp)
2小匙 (sugar - 2tsp)
生抽 1大匙 (soy sauce - 2tbsp)


做法 (Method)
(1) 鱼洗净,用碟盛起。放入其他材料。
Clean and put the fish on the steam tray. Add in the remaining ingredient except you and shredded ginger.

(2) 烧热油,炒香姜丝,加入调味料煮滚。淋上鱼
Heat up oil and saute shredded ginger until fragrance. Add in seasoning and bring to boil. Pour over to the fish.

(3) 煮滚水,放入鱼大火蒸约10分钟或至熟。
Steam at high heat for 10 minutes or until cooked.
