蚝汁猪扒 (Oyster Sauce Pork Chop)

材料 (Ingredient)
猪扒 6块 (pork chop - 6 pieces)
杂豆 (mixed bean)
洋葱 1粒 (onion - 1)
小红葱 1粒 切碎 (red onion - 1 - chopped small)
蒜米 3小粒 切碎 (small garlic - 3 - chopped small)

醃料 (Marinade)
生抽 3大匙 (soy sauce - 3tbsp)
胡椒粉 少许 (pepper - little)

汁料(Sauce)
蚝油 2大匙 (oyster sauce - 2tbsp)
冰糖 1小粒 (rock sugar - 1)
紹兴酒 1大匙 (siew heng wine - 1tbsp)


做法 (Method)
(1) 猪扒加入腌料拌匀腌30分钟
Mix pork chop with marinade and marinate
30 minutes.

(2) 煎猪扒。
Pan-fry till cooked
.

(3) 加入油,爆香洋葱,小红葱和蒜米
Add in oil, stir-fry onion, small red onion and garlic till fragrance
.

(4) 加入杂豆和汁料。
Add in mixed bean and sauce
.

(5) 冰糖溶后,加入猪扒煮至汁浓稠即可。
Melt the rock sugar, add in pork chop
. Cook until gravy turn thick.
