肉碎豆腐 (Steam Taufu with Meat)

材料 (Ingredient)
肉碎 100g (minced pork - 100g)
葱头茸 1大匙 (chopped red onion - 1tbsp)
蒜茸 1大匙 (chopped garlic - 1tbsp)
水豆腐 1(soft taufu - 1 box)
1/2大匙 (oil - 1/2 tbsp)

调味料 (Seasoning)
酱油 1大匙 (soy sauce - 1tbsp)

做法 (Method)
(1) 烧热油,爆香蒜茸和葱头茸,加入肉碎炒香。
Heat up oil and stir-fry chopped garlic and chopped red onion. Add in minced pork.

(2) 将炒好的料淋在豆腐上,加入酱油,大火蒸10分钟。
Pour meat mixture and soy sauce onto the taufu. Steam at high heat for 10 minutes.
