白米饭VS糙米饭 (White Rice VS Brown Rice)

一直以来,小辣椒都很想吃糙米饭,可是爸爸不喜欢吃。煮过一次,爸爸呱呱叫。佣人也不爱吃。小辣椒唯有迁就他们。
有了焖烧锅,我们
可以一次过煮两样饭。KingKong 和小辣椒吃糙米饭;爸爸和用人吃白米饭。皆大欢喜。


有三个锅:两个3l;一个6l

材料 (Ingredient)
白米 1杯 (white rice - 1 cup)
糙米 1/2 杯 (brown rice - 1/2 cup)
水 适量 (water - appropriate)


做法 (Method)
(1) 将米洗净,放入适量的水(水量和用电饭锅一样),一起煮开。
Wash the rice clean, put in appropriate water (
same amount of water as if using rice cooker), boiling.

(2) 水煮开後,放入焖烧锅1小时即可。(如果只是白米饭,30分钟就可。)
When water boiled, remove from heat and placed into the Shuttle Chef. (If cook white rice only,just need 30 minutes.)
