糖沙芋头 (Sugar Yam)

小辣椒学来自So Far So Good 阿苏教的方法煮
糖浆真的很难煮。最后,KingKong 需要亲自上马来完成这道甜品。

材料
(Ingredient)
中型芋头 1个 (medium size yam - 1)
8大匙 (sugar - 8tbsp)
水 1杯 (water - 1 cup)

做法
(1) 将芋头切成条状
Cut yam into strips
.

(2) 将芋头炸至八分熟
Deep-fry the yam until 80% cook
.

(3) 捞起芋头,沥干油
Take out the yam and drain
.

(4) 锅里煮滚一杯水。
Boil 1 cup of water
in wok.

(5) 加入糖,关小火,搅至糖融化至起
Add in sugar and turn to lowl heat
. Stir the sugar till melt and blistering.

(6) 加入芋头,搅拌。关火继续搅拌至糖全部粘在芋头。
Add in yam and stir. Turn off the heat and stir till all sugar stick onto the yam.
