排骨王 (Supreme Pork Ribs)

材料 (Ingredient)
排骨 1 1/2 (pork rib - 1 1/2)

醃料 (Marinade)
酱油 4大匙 (soy sauce - 4tbsp)
白米醋 2大匙 (soy sauce - 2tbsp)
绍兴酒 1大匙 (siew heng wine - 1tbsp)
3大匙 (sugar - 3tbsp)


做法 (Method)
(1) 不用油。 排骨放进锅里,全部调味料混合后倒下去。
No need oil. Put in marinade and pork rib
.

(2) 小火一直小滚,会起泡沫,不时搅拌(因为有糖,容易焦)
Use low heat cook and stir(because sugar easily
burnt).

(3) 要收汁时就开大一点火,然后一直兜炒
When gravy turn thick, use high heat and stir.

(4) 兜炒至颜色够深时, 汁料收干都沾在肉上碟
Stir till pork rib coloured and no more gravy
.
