焖猪肚 (Stewed Pork Stomach)

材料 (Ingredient)
猪肚 1个 (pork stomach - 1)
姜 6片 (ginger - 6 slices)
蒜茸 1小匙 (chopped garlic - 1tsp)
油 1大匙 (oil - 1tbsp)

调味料 (Seasoning)
蚝油 1/2大匙 (oyster sauce - 1/2tbsp)
生抽 1/2大匙 (soy sauce - 1/2tbsp)
盐 1/4小匙 (salt - 1/4tsp)
麻油 适量 (sesame oil - appropriate)
胡椒粉 适量 (pepper - appropriate)
水 300ml (water - 300ml)


做法 (Method)
(1) 洗净猪肚。放入水中煮1小时至软。取出待冷,切小块。
Cook cleaned pork stomach in boiling water for 1 hour until tender. Remove water and leave to cool. Cut into small pieces.

(2) 烧热油,爆香姜片和蒜茸。加入猪肚和调味料煮滚,小火焖10分钟。
Heat up oil. saute sliced ginger and chopped garlic until aromatic. Add in pork stomach and seasoning and bring to boil. Simmer at low heat for 10 minutes.

    但是喜欢有猪肚的料理~
