猪肝 200g (pork liver - 200g)
葱 2颗 (onion leaf - 2)
姜片 10片 (ginger slices - 10)
生抽 2大匙 (soy source - 2tbsp)
薯粉 1小匙 (starch - 1tsp)
做法 (Method)
(1) 猪肝洗净后,剔除表面的白色筋络。然后切成薄片。
Clean the pork liver and cut out all the muscle. Then, cut into slices.
(2) 猪肝放入碗内,倒入一杯8成热的热开水。
Put pork liver into a bowl. Pour hot water.
(3) 翻动猪肝,至全部表面变色。捞出用冷水冲洗干净,并沥干水份。
Flip over until all pork liver change colour. Remove, rinse with cold water and drain.
(4) 锅内放入油,放入姜片略炒。
Pour oil into wok. Add in ginger slices and stir.
(5) 加入猪肝,炒至猪肝全部变色,未变硬身。
Add in pork liver. Stir-fry until all change colour but not yet hard.
(6) 加入生抽、薯粉和水,炒至汁浓稠即可。
Add soy source, starch and water. Stir-fry until source become thick.
