芥菜鸡 (Chicken with Mustard Greens)

材料 (Ingredient)
甘榜鸡 半只 (kampung chicken - 1/2）

芥菜 1颗 (musturd greens - 1)
姜 4片 (ginger - 4 slices - shredded)

调味料 (Seasoning)
盐 1小匙 (salt - 1tsp)
酒 1大匙 (wine - 1tbsp)


做法 (Method)
（1） 甘榜鸡洗净，切块后加入烧水略煮去血水。
Rinse and cut kampung chicken into pieces. Blanch in the boiling water.

（2） 芥菜洗净，切片。放入烧水烫一下，捞起。
Rinse and slice the mustard greens. Blanch in the boiling water.

（3） 用焖烧锅内锅烧一锅水。水滚后，放入鸡块。小火煮5分钟
Boil water using inner pot of Thermal Cooker. When water boiling, put in chicken and simmer for 5 minutes.

（4） 移置内锅到外锅，盖好，焖至少1小时。
Transfer the inner pot into the outer container and close the lid. Leave for a minimum of 1 hour.

（5） 再次煮滚汤后，加入芥菜、姜丝和调味料煮约8-10分钟。
Boil the soup again and add in mustard greens,shredded ginger and seasoning. Boil for 8-10 minutes. Serve.

鱼圆菜汤 (Fish Ball Vegetable Soup)

这个汤是配合金刚老鼠粉一起吃的。


材料 (Ingredient)
鱼圆 10粒 (fish ball - 10)
攘腐皮 5片 (yong fu chuk - 5)
菜心 (choi sum)
江鱼仔 适量 (ikan bilis - appropriate)

调味料 (Seasoning)

盐 适量 (salt - appropriate)


做法 (Method)
（1） 江鱼仔和水放入焖烧锅内锅，煮开后再小火煮5分钟。
Put ikan bilis and water into inner pot. Boil and simmer for 5 minutes.

（2） 移置内锅到外锅，盖好，焖至少1小时。
Transfer the inner pot into the outer container and close the lid. Leave for a minimum of 1 hour.

（3） 再次煮烧江鱼仔水后，加入其它材料。
Boil the soup again and add in other ingredients.

鱼圆菜汤 (Fish Ball Vegetable Soup)

红萝卜马铃薯汤 (ABC Soup)

买了焖烧锅，我们都不知要焖些什么。小辣椒就上网找，才发现原来可以用来煮汤。KingKong 既不急待的到 Jusco 买材料。Jusco 没买鸡壳和排骨。KingKong 就买了一条大猪骨和一些猪肉。

材料 (Ingredient)
猪骨 1条 (pig's bone- 1)
猪肉 500g (pork - 500g)
红萝卜 1条 (carrot - 1)
马铃薯 2粒 (potato - 2)
番茄 2粒 (tomato - 2)
洋葱头 1粒 (onion - 1)

做 法 (Method)
（1） 全部材料放入焖烧锅内锅，煮开后再小火煮15分钟。
Put all ingredients into inner pot. Boil and simmer for 15 minutes.

（2） 移置内锅到 外锅，盖好，焖至少2小时。
Transfer the inner pot into the outer container and close the lid. Leave for a minimum of 2 hours.

大开后还没搅。Before stir.
