小辣椒忘了买葱,所以变成只有姜炒鹿肉。
材料 (Ingredient)
鹿肉 200g (venison - 200g)
姜片 15片 (ginger slices - 15)
生抽 2大匙 (soy source - 2tbsp)
薯粉 1小匙 (starch - 1tsp)
做法 (Method)
(1) 鹿肉洗净后,切成薄片。
Clean the venison and cut into slices.
(2) 锅内放入油,放入姜片略炒。
Pour oil into wok. Add in ginger slices and stir.
(3) 加入鹿肉,炒八分熟。
Add in venison and stir-fry 80% cooked.
(4) 加入生抽、薯粉和水,炒至汁浓稠即可。
Add soy source, starch and water. Stir-fry until source become thick.
