白罗卜焖烧猪脚 (Braised White Raddish with Pork Trotter)

这道菜最容易做。
小辣椒早上起来,把全部准备好,放进锅里煮,吩咐佣人两个小时多熄火,就上班去。晚上回来有得吃。
喜欢酸辣菜的人,肯定喜欢这道菜。味道一模一样。


材料
(Ingredient)
烧猪脚 一支 整支 (roasted pork leg - 1 - whole piece)
白萝卜 两条 切块 (white radish - 2 - cut into cube)
番茄 两粒 切 4分 (tomato - 2 - cut into 4 pieces)

辣椒干 5条 烫热水 剪段 (dry chilly - 5 - soak in hot water and cut into piece)

青葱 洗干净打结 (spring onion - make knot)
绍兴酒 4大匙 (siew heng wine - 4tbsp)


做法 (Method)
全部丢进锅里,加适量水,焖至白萝卜软
Put all the ingredient and water. Cook till white radish soft.
