黑椒味淡淡的。。。小辣椒应该煮个黑椒汁淋在猪扒上,酱看起来比较好看和美味。
材料 (Ingredient)
猪扒 6片 (pork chop - 6)
油 2大匙 (oil - 2tbsp)
醃料 (Marinade)
李锦记黑椒酱 4大匙 (Lee Kam Kei black pepper sauce - 4tbsp)
做法 (Method)
(1) 猪扒加入腌料拌勻腌隔夜。
Mix pork chop with marinade and marinate over night.
(2) 猪扒拿出来放在室温下。
Bring pork chop to room temperature.
(3) 锅里倒入油,放入猪扒大火煎1分钟,反过来再煎1分钟。然后,小火煎熟。
Pour oil into frying pan. Add in pork chop. Fry each side about 1 minute each side with high heat. Then fry with low heat until cooked.
