辣猪脚醋 Spicy Black Vinegar Pig's Trotter

材料 (Ingredient)
猪脚 1 (pig's trotter - 1)
天上天牌黑醋 半支 (black vinegar - 1/2 bottle)
冰糖 适量 (rock sugar - appropriate)
酱油 少许 (soy sauce - appropriate)
1大块 切块拍扁 (ginger - 1 - cut into thick slices - crush)
辣椒干 10条 浸热水 剪段 (dry chilly - 10 - soak in hot water - cut into two)


做法 (Method)
(1)全部材料放入焖烧锅内锅,煮开后再小火煮15分钟。
Put all ingredients into inner pot. Boil and simmer for 15 minutes.

(2)移置内锅到外锅,盖好,焖至少3小时。
Transfer the inner pot into the outer container and close the lid. Leave for a minimum of 3 hours.
