材料 (Ingredient)
马铃薯 2个 (potato - 1)
洋蔥 1粒 切碎 (onion - 1 - chopped)
肉碎 500g (chopped pork - 500g)
鸡蛋 1个 (egg - 1)
面包粉 适量 (bread flour - coating)
面粉 1大匙 (flour - 1tbsp)
调味料 (Seasoning)
绍兴酒 1大匙 (siew heng wine - 1tbsp)
糖 2小匙 (sugar - 2tsp)
盐 2/3小匙 (salt - 2/3tsp)
胡椒粉 2/3小匙 (pepper - 2/3tsp)
做法 (Method)
(1) 把马铃薯连皮洗净蒸熟,拨皮,再趁热压成泥,放至冷卻。
Steam the potatoes with skin until cooked. Peel the skin and mash until fine. Leave to cool.
(2) 洋蔥末、絞肉、鸡蛋和所有的调味料加入薯泥中混合拌匀。
Add in chopped onion, chopped pork, egg and seasoning to the mashed potato until well combined.
(3) 用手将薯泥搓成橢圆形,沾裹拌勻的面包粉和面粉,捏紧。
Make mashed potato into oval. Then coated with bread flour and flour. Hold tight.
(4) 用热油炸至金黄色,即可上桌。
Heat up oil and deep fry until golden brown.
