干烧马铃薯猪肉 (Braised Pork Belly with Potato)

材料 (Ingredient)
五花肉 500g 切块 (pork belly - 500g - cut into cube)
马铃薯 3粒
切块 (potato - 3 - cut into cube)
青椒 1粒 切块 (capsicum - 1 -
cut into cube)
姜片 2片 (ginger - 2 slices)

调味料 (Seasoning)
盐 1/4小匙 (salt - 1/4tsp)
生抽 1/2大匙 (soy sauce - 1/2tbsp)


做法 (Method)
(1) 锅内放少许油炒姜片。加入五花肉,小火煎至出油,肉变金黄色。
Put little oil and stir-fry ginger slices. Add in pork belly and use low heat fry until oil come out and pork belly turn to golden brown.

(2) 加入
马铃薯盐和1大匙的水,翻炒均匀后盖上锅盖慢慢焖,中途要勤翻动。
Add in potatoes, salt and 1tbsp of water. Mix well and cover. Keep on stir fry while braise.

(3) 焖至马铃薯有些焦的时侯,加入青椒和生抽,继续盖上锅盖焖5分钟即可。
Braise until potatoes become golden brown. Add in capsicum and soy sauce. Cover for 5 minutes.
