材料 (Ingredient)
猪扒 6块 (pork chop - 6 pieces)
杂豆 (mixed bean)
洋葱 1粒 (onion - 1)
小红葱 1粒 切碎 (red onion - 1 - chopped small)
蒜米 3小粒 切碎 (small garlic - 3 - chopped small)
醃料 (Marinade)
生抽 3大匙 (soy sauce - 3tbsp)
胡椒粉 少许 (pepper - little)
汁料(Sauce)
蚝油 2大匙 (oyster sauce - 2tbsp)
冰糖 1小粒 (rock sugar - 1)
紹兴酒 1大匙 (siew heng wine - 1tbsp)
做法 (Method)
(1) 猪扒加入腌料拌匀腌30分钟。
Mix pork chop with marinade and marinate 30 minutes.
(2) 煎猪扒。
Pan-fry till cooked.
(3) 加入油,爆香洋葱,小红葱和蒜米。
Add in oil, stir-fry onion, small red onion and garlic till fragrance.
(4) 加入杂豆和汁料。
Add in mixed bean and sauce.
(5) 冰糖溶后,加入猪扒。煮至汁浓稠即可。
Melt the rock sugar, add in pork chop. Cook until gravy turn thick.
