金刚老鼠粉 (KingKong Lao Shu Fen)

今天,KingKing 为小辣椒做的午餐 ~~ 金刚老鼠粉。为什么叫金刚呢?KingKong 自己随便做的面,KingKong 翻译成金刚咯。。。

材料 (Ingredient)
猪肉碎 300g (minced meat - 300g)
蛋 2粒 (egg - 2)
老鼠粉 (loh shu fun)

醃料 (Marinade)
蚝油 2大匙 (oyster sauce - 2tbsp)

调味料 (Seasoning)
盐 1小匙 (salt - 1tsp)
胡椒粉 1/2小匙 (pepper - 1/2tsp)


做法 (Method)
(1) 猪肉碎加入腌料拌匀腌30分钟
Mix minced meat with marinade and marinate
30 minutes.

(2) 烧红油,加入猪肉碎炒香
Heat up oil. Add in marinated minced pork and stir-fry till fragrant.

(3) 蛋和调味料充分拌匀

Combine eggs and seasoning and mix well.

(4) 烧红油,中小火煎至金黄,再翻另一面煎至金黄。切丝。
Heat up oil. Pour in mixture and pan-fry at low heat till golden brown. Turn it over and continue fry till golden brown. Shred.

蛋丝 (egg shredded)

(5) 煮水,水滚后放入老鼠粉烫一烫即可。
Boil water. Add in loh shu fun for a while. Serve
